Cliff Hakim is a career consultant and the founder of Rethinking Work® www.rethinkingwork.com. His mission is to free people to change and grow––inside and outside of organizations––to bring their passion to work, make worthwhile contributions, and earn a good living. Cliff is also the author of We Are All Self-Employed: How to Take Control of Your Career (Berrett-Koehler, 2003, revised edition) and When You Lose Your Job (Berrett-Koehler, 1992).

Most proudly, Cliff is Gabriella's dad and Amy Fardella's husband. He lives with his family in Arlington, Massachusetts.
